Did you know that waste management is one of the oldest industries in the world? Archaeologists have uncovered landfills dating back thousands of years. As early as 500 B.C., the city of Athens, Greece had a basic trash collection system.
At County Waste Service, while our roots don’t stretch back to ancient Greece, we are deeply rooted right here in Texas and in the communities we proudly service.
Next week is Waste & Recycling Workers Week, a time to honor the dedication of those who perform such an essential job. Created by John Arwood in 2012, this week-long celebration is a wonderful opportunity to show our appreciation.
We are honored to work alongside the best waste workers in the business. Our dedicated residential and municipal teams ensure your trash is collected safely and efficiently each week, while our commercial team handles business and project needs with precision.
We want to recognize and thank our drivers, maintenance crew, and customer service representatives who serve our customers and communities so faithfully!
